4D Shapes Privacy

4D Shapes collects the minimum data needed to operate licensing, purchases, support, and bug reporting.

Data We Process

Direct-sale checkout details handled by Stripe, including email and payment status.
License records: license key hash, licensee label or email, allowed storefront, activation count, and device activation identifiers.
Bug report payloads submitted manually or from the app, including app version, platform, device notes, user-entered summary, and diagnostic text.
First-party marketing and analytics events such as page views, checkout starts, purchases, downloads, and support actions. These events use anonymous browser/session identifiers and scrub URL query strings before storage or dispatch to configured platform pixels.
Standard Cloudflare request metadata used for security, routing, and operational logs.

We do not store raw credit card numbers on this site.
We do not sell personal information.
Marketplace entitlement data is handled by the marketplace that provides the build.
